⚡ Use technology to become more efficient.
💬 Become great at patient education and communication.
Dentistry is changing, and none of us know exactly what the hygiene department will look like years from now.
But one thing is pretty clear:
The people who adapt are going to have an advantage.

It's a great interesting time. >> It's a great interesting time. Yes. >> I I will tell every dental hygienist out there, from my mouth to yours, work your skills. You better h You better work on your skills. >> Yeah. >> And stay up with times and not get too comfortable because the game will change. >> It will change. Yeah. >> It is changing. >> Yeah. I hope it changes in in in the favor of continuing to have great dental hygiene visits, but it's going to change
in many different ways. >> Yeah. And when it and as it's changing the cream of the crop rises, right? So that's if you know how to scan digitally, if you know if if you're really great at the AI stuff, you can, you know, you voice perio chart and you voice your notes, you can be efficient, if you're great at your patient education, if you're great at talking about the services, that's where your real skills are going to shine through at. But there's too many barriers and
limitations to what you can do. and you're a great clinical hygienist, but all these other barriers are stacking against you. >> It's not looking good.
