We want every practice owner, team member and patient to be able to use BoomCloud, whatever assistive technology they rely on.

Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across boomcloudapps.com and the BoomCloud application.
What we've done
Semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, visible focus states, form labels and input hints, alt text on meaningful images, responsive layouts down to 320px, and color choices checked for contrast against our dark theme.
Known gaps
Some migrated blog posts carry images imported from our previous site without descriptive alt text; we are working through them. Interactive product demos convey information visually and are accompanied by text explanations.
Report a barrier
If anything blocks you, email support@boomcloudapps.com with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and to provide the information another way in the meantime.
