so there's two ways to have a practice a doctor driven practice and a staff-driven practice a doctor driven practice it's the doctor trying to force all this growth practice Management Systems all that and and then staff liability you need and so a staff-driven practice is where the staff is actually motivated to grow practice reduce the overhead Steve mckany in Lake txoma Texas just put the what I call the staff-driven practice which is one of the models in the book ddso strategies in place he had been
doing 200,000 a month for about 18 months straight he put it in place this December 1 okay and immediately he did 307 the the the next that that month this December the next month he did 324 the next month he did 342 he texted me say brady when's this gonna stop he's Solo in March guess what he did 364 he went from having a staff overhead of around 24% down to 18% wow that is taking your staff and actually converting it into an asset
