About this video
🎉 If your team is helping build a better practice, they should be rewarded for it.
When your team helps grow your membership program, they’re doing more than signing up patients.
They’re helping patients get better access to care.
They’re helping more patients say YES to treatment.
And they’re helping build a stronger, more sustainable practice. 📈
That’s something worth celebrating.
It’s one of the reasons we created the BoomCloud Kona Club. 🌴🌺
Practices that enroll 100 membership patients in a quarter qualify for the Kona Club—and we’re sending an office manager from one of those practices to Hawaii. 🤙
In my conversation with Lisa Rasmussen and Deana Zost, we talked about how easy it is to overlook the people actually driving these results: your team.
Give them a reason to get excited. Recognize their effort. Reward the behaviors that create a better experience for your patients and a better business for your practice.
💬 Would the Kona Club motivate your team? And how are you rewarding the people in your practice who go above and beyond?

Reward your team members that are helping you build your membership program because guess what? They're helping your patients get better care. >> Yeah. >> And they're helping your practice with a better business model. So, reward them. So, one thing we're doing is like when a practice signs up like 100 patients in a quarter, at the end of this quarter we're picking an office manager and we're sending her to Hawaii. So, like when they log in a BoomCloud they're like, "Join the a BoomCloud Kona Club." Is
what we're calling it cuz it's on the Big Island. So, that I think that's a big thing that a lot of practices miss. I don't know if you see this or not, but aside aside from just the membership plan, but how else are you rewarding your team members to help you with a better patient experience? With helping patients say yes to treatment, with signing up patients to the membership plan, because when you get your team involved there's a lot of excitement around that as well, right?
