Over the past five years:

📈 Revenue growth: 1.4%

📈 Expense growth: 4.9%

My take? Practices don’t have as much control over their revenue as they should, and PPO dependence is a big part of that.

If your costs keep rising but you can’t control what you charge, something has to change.
