Dr. Eric J. Roman, DDS, FAGD, led a dental group from a concept to a nearly $30 million business within five years in a single city, nurturing a culture of hundreds and shaping leaders. The path also included significant setbacks, including starting from scratch in 2013, and through those experiences he realized that true happiness comes from making intentional life and work choices, rather than solely hinging on milestones or achievements.
As a Partner and Executive at the DEO, he finds immense satisfaction in providing vital education and support to fellow dental professionals, helping them navigate the entrepreneurial labyrinth without losing themselves in the process. Dr. Roman specializes in dental group practices and DSOs, focusing on creating healthy teams, dentists, and leaders. Having founded and exited his own groups, he now coaches DSOs on better dentist performance, clinical leadership systems, and managers that drive sustainable results.
