Why use membership software vs DIY
Work smarter not harder
Instead of making up something about working smarter, I have decided to quote smart people and business/practice owners.
Dr. Stacy Wince says:
“Being a dentist/business owner, time is a precious commodity. The more you grow your plan, the more labor intensive it will become to track and manage your membership plan. I’m not sure why a dentist would want to incur the expense of paying an employee or add another job to their already busy life and career. I’ve made some bad decisions in my career, but the decision to use Boomcloud to manage my membership plan is not one of them. Great dashboard for tracking plan benefits and KPI’s, manages and tacks all ACH and credit card payments, and we also use it for in-office payment plans for eligible patients.
Don’t waste time and money……..CONTACT Jordon Comstock AND BOOMCLOUD!!”
Mary Day says:
“If you have an in-house dental plan, why would you pay an hourly wage, FICA, benefits etc. to have an employee manage the plan? Your employees should be attending to your patients.
The number one reason most Practices feel they HAVE to be in network is because they are more worried about paper work than people. Let technology do it’s thing. Make the patient experience memorable. They will come back!”
I would like to add that running a successful practice is all about your patients. Make sure you are 100% focused on treating them right. I also would like to say that 100% of my time and my team’s time is spent on optimizing our software to better manage your plans and helping our clients with our software and implementing a growth strategy. Is your front office member that dedicated to a system?”
If you do the math, like we have, the average practice will pay in salaries an average of $2,450 – $3,200 per month to have a front office team member manually manage their program vs $300 per month. No brainer.
The importance of a System.
You need a system that your practices owns vs having everything in your OM’s head. What happens if your OM quits, gets fired or just cant organize the program efficiently. Too many practice owners are clueless on the stats like MRR, active patients, cancellations and total revenue for their membership program, if you can’t measure you are not growing and improving.
Automating recurring revenue
If you are not automating your membership program collections and contract renewals it is not considered a membership program and you are missing out on the holy grail of business income which is predictable recurring revenue.
