- Basic is $197/month plus $4.50 per member per month. Pro is $397/month plus $3.50 per member per month. Multi-location groups get custom pricing.
- Why a subscription and a per-member fee instead of one flat price?
- Our per-member fee is a few dollars a month on revenue you own outright, on patients you enrolled, under a plan you wrote. It stops the day you stop, and you keep every member. A flat fee, by contrast, gets paid whether or not anyone enrolls — that is not a partnership, that is shelfware.
- Why does BoomCloud charge a member fee?
- Our costs grow as your program grows — billing infrastructure, hosting, security, and ongoing Customer Success support all scale with member count. It also keeps the incentive honest: we only win when you enroll more members and collect more revenue you keep.
- Can the member fee be built into the membership plan price?
- Yes. Our team helps practices structure their membership pricing so the member fee and other program costs are accounted for in the plan economics.
- Is there a free option?
- Yes, but only for practices working with a BoomCloud Certified Consultant. Eligible practices can launch one membership plan and enroll up to 10 members with no monthly software subscription. At member #11 you upgrade to Basic or Pro.
- What does the Customer Success team help with?
