2. Nature of the Platform
The Marketplace is a directory and digital signup platform that allows patients to discover, compare, and enroll in in-house membership plans offered by independent healthcare providers. ThePatientMarketplace.com powered by BoomCloud™ is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical or dental care.
Additionally, we provide an informational blog to help patients better understand dental care, preventive services, and how to save money on dentistry and other health services. This content is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional advice or diagnosis.
3. Enrollment Fees
A one-time $25 enrollment fee is collected at the time of plan signup. This fee is collected by BoomCloud to support platform access, patient experience, and enrollment infrastructure. It is separate from the monthly or annual membership fees charged by the provider.
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable once a signup is complete.
- BoomCloud does not collect ongoing membership fees. These are processed directly by the provider.
4. No Medical or Dental Advice
BoomCloud does not provide medical, dental, or other healthcare advice. Any decisions regarding care, services, or membership offerings are solely between the patient and the provider. BoomCloud is not responsible for treatment outcomes, quality of care, or any services rendered.
5. Practice Listings and Information
BoomCloud verifies provider eligibility to be listed on the platform but does not guarantee the accuracy of listing information or provider availability. Patients are responsible for confirming details directly with the provider before enrollment.
Each provider listed on ThePatientMarketplace.com is independently responsible for ensuring that their membership plans comply with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable in their area. BoomCloud does not provide legal or regulatory advice and is not liable for any non-compliance by providers.
6. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information is used solely for facilitating enrollment and communication between you and the provider. BoomCloud does not sell or distribute your information to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
