BoomCloud helps dental practices create, organize and automate an in-house membership program as an alternative to dental insurance for practices. We help increase profit margins, increase predictable recurring revenue, increase case acceptance and help practices build patient loyalty.
Customer Service Rep
We are looking for a customer service rep that can become familiarized with our software. You will be helping answer questions from our users, developing a clear knowledge base, managing live tickets support requests, submitting data to our design team for our users and working with the team to improve our application. Organization, communication and teamwork skills are required.
SDR – Sales Development Rep
We are looking for a driven individual that is interested in becoming an entry level sales development rep. Reps would work with inbound leads and call dental practices to schedule BoomCloud demos for our account executive reps. Our reps will need to be a very organized and have no fear of calling 50-100 leads per day. Reps receive an hourly rate plus a commission. No previous sales experience is required.
