What is BoomCloud?

Software for the plan your practice owns

BoomCloud is dental membership plan software. A practice creates its own in-house membership plan — uninsured patients subscribe monthly or annually for preventive care and discounts — and BoomCloud runs the enrollment, billing, renewals, and failed-payment recovery, depositing membership revenue straight to the practice's bank account. The result is recurring revenue the practice owns, instead of write-offs owed to an insurance company.

What a membership plan does and doesn't do

Is BoomCloud a Veritas product?

No. Veritas Dental Resources is Ben Tuinei's independent consultancy — it reviews PPO fee schedules, negotiates reimbursement and shapes a practice's insurance strategy. BoomCloud is separate software that runs the practice's own membership plan. Either works on its own, but the two are built to run in sequence: Veritas on what you get paid, BoomCloud on recurring patient revenue.

Does a membership plan replace my PPO contracts?

Not by itself. A plan gives you an option for patients who can't or won't use a PPO benefit, and a way to move those patients off discounted fees over time. Whether to stay in network, renegotiate, or exit is the strategy conversation Veritas runs. The membership plan is what you execute once that decision is made.

Does BoomCloud work alongside Dentrix, Open Dental or Eaglesoft?

Yes — it runs alongside them rather than replacing them. BoomCloud holds the membership ledger, takes the payments and deposits membership revenue to your bank account. It doesn't write into your practice management software's charts, so your front desk keeps using the system they already know while the membership book lives in BoomCloud.

What does it cost?

Standard published pricing: one flat monthly subscription — never a percentage of what your practice collects — with per-member and card-processing fees built into the dues members pay, never billed to the practice.
