Eric Nuss has spent twenty-five years as an operator, founder, buyer, seller, and advisor, helping people get more of what they want and less of what they do not. He lives and works in Parker, Colorado. His career began in sales, where he ran a territory that nearly tripled under him. He then created Henry Schein's Business Solutions division and founded the Dental Business Institute, a multi-session executive program he built, facilitated, and taught, which more than 300 owners came through. He has founded and led companies, acquired practices, represented sellers, and structured ownership transitions across more than 100 transactions. Today, he works alongside owners who want to grow with guardrails, so the business does not end up costing them their family, health, or integrity. He is the founder of XpoNential Management, which provides operations management and transaction advisory to owner-led businesses, and co-founded XpoDental, where he leads business development with owner-led dental groups. He wrote The Broke(n) Part(s), a field guide for founders.

What does it cost?
